This Lemon Cleanse or Lemonade Diet as it's also known seems to work well. in essence, it's a liquid diet. you drink 6 to 8 glasses of the lemon Cleanse diet a day for about a week.

The recipe includes the following;

  • Lemons
  • Water
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Maple Syrup

These are all the ingredients that are necessary. So what you do next is mix the ingredients in an 8 ounce glass of water and drink the Lemon Cleanse diet every hour or so.

You should consult with your doctor to make sure this diet is appropriate for you. You can also take another version of the diet which is pre-packaged.
